Our Plan

Many of you will have met me already, on the doorstep or out and about, spoken to someone who's met me or seen me out with my family. I live near Tarporley and know the issues we face here in the constituency.

Over the past few months I have been working hard meeting constituents, businesses, organisations and campaign groups, understanding which issues are most important and how I can best support people locally. You may have seen and filled out my survey asking local residents to let me know their priorities and where efforts should be focused. • Improve Local Transport & Fix the Roads

We need long term road investments not just patching up of pot holes. For too long, despite increased funding, investment in our local roads has not been good enough. I will hold the Labour led councils to account so they don’t continue to neglect our rural roads.

  • Boosting Local Business

I’ve set up and run a small business, I understand the risks and challenges facing small business owners, but also the importance of sustaining and improving our local high streets and village centres.

  • More accessible health care

Everyone should be able to access the healthcare they need at the right time, whether that's seeing a GP or receiving hospital treatment. I will continue to press Ministers to prioritise the rebuild of Leighton Hospital. Push for GP provision to keep pace with housing development.

  • Reducing Crime: Keeping Us Safe

Feeling safe in our communities is vitally important and that's why I will continue to push for more visible policing, and relentless pursuit of offenders. With more police officers in Cheshire than ever before, we must back our police, crack down on crime, rural crime and anti-social behaviour.
